Je to cena pr\u00e1ce. Jak\u00e1koli cena na trhu vznik\u00e1 vztahem nab\u00eddky a popt\u00e1vky a je v\u00fdsledkem dobrovoln\u00e9ho kontraktu kupuj\u00edc\u00edho a prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho. Socialist\u00e9 u\u017e v\u00edc ne\u017e 150 let \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed m\u00fdtus, \u017ee v&nbsp;tomto kontraktu je jedna strana (zam\u011bstnavatel) zv\u00fdhodn\u011bna, a proto je nev\u00fdhodu zam\u011bstnance nutno kompenzovat st\u00e1tn\u00ed moc\u00ed, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1tlakov\u00fdm cenov\u00fdm kartelem na trhu pr\u00e1ce (odbory). S&nbsp;t\u00edm zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00edm to tak ale nen\u00ed. Zrovna na\u0161e hork\u00e1 aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed sou\u010dasnost n\u00e1zorn\u011b ukazuje, jak si u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159evahu pr\u00e1v\u011b potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci, proto\u017ee popt\u00e1vka po jejich \u201ezbo\u017e\u00ed\u201c nyn\u00ed zna\u010dn\u011b p\u0159evy\u0161uje nab\u00eddku, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v&nbsp;n\u011bkter\u00fdch profes\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ti, kdo nepochopili princip mzdy coby ceny, opakovan\u011b p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed s&nbsp;term\u00edny, jako je \u201espravedliv\u00e1\u201c mzda, \u201ed\u016fstojn\u00e1\u201c mzda nebo \u201ezaru\u010den\u00e1\u201c mzda. A tak jsme tyto dny sv\u011bdky kampan\u011b jak\u00e9si \u201eplatformy pro d\u016fstojnou mzdu\u201c, jej\u00ed\u017e \u201ev\u00fdzkumn\u00edci\u201c pr\u00fd dosp\u011bli k&nbsp;z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee d\u016fstojn\u00e1 mzda by m\u011bla \u010dinit n\u011bjak\u00fdch t\u0159icet tis\u00edc m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. To n\u00e1m spole\u010dn\u011b tvrd\u00ed aktivist\u00e9 z&nbsp;neziskovek, odbor\u016f a n\u011bkter\u00fdch vl\u00e1dn\u00edch instituc\u00ed. A op\u011bt se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 oh\u0159\u00edvat i t\u00e9ma minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sotva za\u010dala platit rekordn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda (o 1150 korun z&nbsp;12&nbsp;200 na 13&nbsp;350), u\u017e protla\u010duj\u00ed odbory a horliv\u00e1 z\u00e1stupkyn\u011b levicov\u00fdch extremist\u016f ve vl\u00e1d\u011b Mal\u00e1\u010dov\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed skokov\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed, a to na 15 tis\u00edc korun, tedy o cel\u00fdch 1650.<\/p>\n<p>Prosazen\u00ed valorizace minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy do z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce prozat\u00edm nepro\u0161lo, ale i tyto skoky jsou samy o sob\u011b ni\u010div\u00e9, a to nejen v&nbsp;d\u016fsledc\u00edch pro jednotliv\u00e9 firmy, ale i pro celou ekonomiku a nakonec &#8211; ale nejciteln\u011bji &#8211; pr\u00e1v\u011b pro ty, kv\u016fli kter\u00fdm se pr\u00fd sama minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda zavedla a st\u00e1le se zvy\u0161uje: pro nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9 skupiny. Pro zam\u011bstnavatele toti\u017e bude \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je v\u016fbec p\u0159ijmout a platit. Je to stejn\u00e9, jako kdybyste n\u011bjak\u00e9 firm\u011b (\u00fadajn\u011b v&nbsp;jej\u00edm z\u00e1jmu) p\u0159ik\u00e1zali, \u017ee mus\u00ed zdra\u017eit sv\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, a pak byste se divili, \u017ee o zdra\u017een\u00e9 produkty nebude z\u00e1jem a firma zkrachuje. U minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy nut\u00edte zam\u011bstnance (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jejich soci\u00e1ln\u011b nejzraniteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st), aby zv\u00fd\u0161ili cenu sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed na trhu pr\u00e1ce h\u016f\u0159e uplatniteln\u00ed.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda se v&nbsp;na\u0161em pr\u00e1vn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du objevila roku 1991 novelou z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00fd zmocnil vl\u00e1du vyd\u00e1vat v\u00fd\u0161i minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm (historicky prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stka byla 2000 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b). Obdobn\u00e1 \u00faprava se zachovala i po p\u0159ijet\u00ed nov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce v&nbsp;roce 2006 a trv\u00e1 a\u017e dodnes. O jej\u00ed existenci i o ob\u010dasn\u00e9m nerozumn\u00e9m skokov\u00e9m nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed je ve\u0159ejnost celkem b\u011b\u017en\u011b informov\u00e1na. Daleko m\u00e9n\u011b je ale informov\u00e1na o institutu \u201ezaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy,\u201c kter\u00e1 se od minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy odv\u00edj\u00ed. Lich\u00fd je tedy argument zast\u00e1nc\u016f skokov\u00e9ho navy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, \u017ee se t\u00fdk\u00e1 jen mal\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Zapom\u00ednaj\u00ed toti\u017e do sv\u00fdch statistik zapo\u010d\u00edtat i ty, kdo pob\u00edraj\u00ed zaru\u010denou mzdu.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159edch\u016fdcem zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy byly tzv. minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdov\u00e9 tarify, kter\u00e9 se zavedly z\u00e1konem o mzd\u011b ze za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 1992, p\u0159esn\u011bji jeho prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00edm p\u0159edpisem (na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm vl\u00e1dy \u2013 prvn\u00edm bylo t\u0159eba \u010d\u00edslo 43\/1992 Sb.). P\u0159itom nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed tarifn\u00ed stupe\u0148 odpov\u00eddal minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzd\u011b. Tarifn\u00edch stup\u0148\u016f bylo tehdy celkem 12. Nyn\u00ed platn\u00fd z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce, z\u00e1kon 262\/2006 Sb., zru\u0161il i z\u00e1kon o mzd\u011b s&nbsp;jeho institutem minim\u00e1ln\u00edch mzdov\u00fdch tarif\u016f a zavedl nam\u00edsto toho pojem nejni\u017e\u0161\u00edch \u00farovn\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy, k&nbsp;jejich\u017e ur\u010den\u00ed zase zmocnil vl\u00e1du. Toho si ale ve\u0159ejnost u\u017e skoro nev\u0161imla.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vl\u00e1dy \u010d. 567\/2006 Sb. s&nbsp;\u00fa\u010dinnosti od 1. ledna 2007 roz\u010dlenilo pr\u00e1ci do osmi skupin podle slo\u017eitosti, nam\u00e1havosti a odpov\u011bdnosti a ke ka\u017ed\u00e9 p\u0159i\u0159adilo zaru\u010denou \u00farove\u0148 mzdy. Nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 spl\u00fdv\u00e1 s&nbsp;minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdou, nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je v&nbsp;z\u00e1sad\u011b dvojn\u00e1sobkem minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy. Do minim\u00e1ln\u00ed ani do zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy se nepo\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed p\u0159es\u010dasy a dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edplatky (t\u0159eba za pr\u00e1ci v&nbsp;ned\u011bli). Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b platn\u00fdm na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm vl\u00e1dy je od leto\u0161n\u00edho ledna stanovena minim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed mzda na 13350 K\u010d. A nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, osm\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy tedy 26 700 K\u010d. Po nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy na 15 tis\u00edc by osm\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy \u010dinila u\u017e t\u0159icet tis\u00edc. A v\u0161ech sedm stup\u0148\u016f nad minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdou u\u017e zahrnuje daleko v\u00edce zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, ne\u017e n\u00e1m odbor\u00e1\u0159i p\u0159izn\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Ni\u010d\u00ed se t\u00edm pru\u017enost pracovn\u00edho trhu, ekonomika se st\u00e1v\u00e1 zraniteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b recese (kter\u00e1 je mo\u017en\u00e1 za dve\u0159mi) a mlad\u00ed a nezku\u0161en\u00ed uchaze\u010di o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed jsou vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed z&nbsp;trhu pr\u00e1ce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladem svobody i prosperity je smluvn\u00ed svoboda. Institut zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy \u010din\u00ed z&nbsp;velk\u00e9 skupiny lid\u00ed sv\u00e9ho druhu st\u00e1tn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance, kter\u00e9 si podnikov\u00fd sektor jakoby jen p\u016fj\u010duje. Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed i zaru\u010denou mzdu je nutno zru\u0161it.
