To rozhodn\u011b nesv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o neschopnosti majitel\u016f, sp\u00ed\u0161e o popt\u00e1vce \u010desk\u00e9ho klasick\u00e9ho p\u00ed\u010de piva, kter\u00fd si nepotrp\u00ed na experimenty a v\u011bt\u0161inov\u011b lemt\u00e1 jen to, na co je zvykl\u00fd. Ob\u010das se ale vyroj\u00ed v\u00fdjimky a pro ty jako inspiraci m\u016f\u017eu uv\u00e9st svou zku\u0161enost z jednoho zaj\u00edmav\u00e9ho pivn\u00edho baru v Chicagu.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Jmenuje se Hackney\u00b4s a najdete ho p\u0159\u00edmo v centru na rohu Deaborn a Polk. Tam jsme  s p\u0159\u00e1teli \u0161li tak\u00e9 n\u011bco polknout. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z n\u00e1s &#8211; \u00fadajn\u011b zmo\u017eeni \u010dasov\u00fdm posunem &#8211; sice tuhle zku\u0161enost na baru prospali, ti ostatn\u00ed si v\u0161ak skv\u011ble u\u017eili toho, \u010demu se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 degusta\u010dn\u00ed pivnice. Hacnkey\u00b4s m\u00e1 na \u010depu 16 velmi rozmanit\u00fdch druh\u016f piva, na hlavn\u00ed p\u00edp\u011b tak osm a ty ostatn\u00ed na dvou postrann\u00edch p\u00edp\u00e1ch. A to nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1m lahv\u00e1\u010de, mezi kter\u00fdmi nechyb\u00ed dokonce ani prazdroj. Ochotn\u00fd barman si poslechne va\u0161e chu\u0165ov\u00e9 preference a pak p\u0159ijde s n\u011bkolika vzorky v decov\u00fdch skleni\u010dk\u00e1ch. A pak v\u00e1m p\u0159inese vybran\u00fd kousek. A provede v\u00e1s klidn\u011b celou pivn\u00ed kartou a ke ka\u017ed\u00e9mu kousku um\u00ed i n\u011bco \u0159\u00edct.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud byste cht\u011bli n\u011bco na zub, specialitou je zde Hacnkey\u00b4s hamburger a cosi, \u010demu \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed \u201ecibulov\u00e1 cihla.\u201c \u010ce\u0161i by tomu asi \u0159\u00edkali cici. J\u00eddlem a dal\u0161\u00edmi zbyte\u010dnostmi, jako je t\u0159eba v\u00edno nebo ko\u0159alky, jsme se ale nezdr\u017eovali. Piva tu maj\u00ed z Colorada, Minnesoty, Kalifornie, Mexika, Vermontu, Ohia, pak je\u0161t\u011b rakousk\u00e9ho Stiegla, oktrobrfestov\u00e9ho Hofb\u00e4raua, speci\u00e1ly z Belgie, vzorky z bl\u00edzko le\u017e\u00edc\u00edho Warrenville i p\u0159\u00edmo z Chicaga. Jen produkty hlavn\u00edho m\u00edstn\u00edho pivovaru Goose Island jsem tu nena\u0161el, ale toho jsme byli plni z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch \u0161tac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>U mne na cel\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1\u0159e zv\u00edt\u011bzila chmelov\u00e1 dobrota Avery IPA, j\u00ed\u017e bylo nakonec tolik, \u017ee si u\u017e n\u011bjak nepamatuju, kde ji vlastn\u011b va\u0159\u00ed. V bodovac\u00ed stupnici jsem j\u00ed dal snov\u00fdch 1.5 bodu, ale kolegov\u00e9 porotci m\u011b nepodpo\u0159ili, na dva byla asi moc ho\u0159k\u00e1 a t\u0159et\u00ed m\u011bl onu zm\u00edn\u011bnou pr\u00e1ci s \u010dasov\u00fdm posunem.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bco podobn\u00e9ho bych si dal \u0159\u00edci u n\u00e1s. Takovou proch\u00e1zku po \u010cech\u00e1ch a Morav\u011b ani\u017e by \u010dlov\u011bk sesedl z barov\u00e9 stoli\u010dky (krom\u011b \u00fa\u010delu nejnutn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho).
