Zpravidla toti\u017e ji\u017e nenaraz\u00edte na piva, kter\u00e1 se v\u00e1m podruh\u00e9 ani nechce ochutnat. Do fin\u00e1le se holt dostanou u\u017e jen ta nekvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Letos jsme za\u010d\u00ednali trochu smutn\u011b, nav\u017edy n\u00e1s opustil Pavel Borowiec, vydavatel a \u0161\u00e9fredaktor \u010dasopisu Pivo, Bier &amp; Ale. Jeho t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sto vyd\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasopisu se nesmazateln\u011b vrylo do novodob\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 pivn\u00ed kultury. Bude n\u00e1m chyb\u011bt. Byl n\u00e1mi uct\u011bn minutou ticha.<\/p>\n<p>Ladislav Jakl, prezident PPE si neodpustil projev k&nbsp;ofici\u00e1ln\u00edmu zah\u00e1jen\u00ed dvan\u00e1ct\u00e9ho fin\u00e1le, kter\u00fd byl tentokr\u00e1te stru\u010dn\u00fd. Hlavn\u011b v&nbsp;n\u011bm vyzdvihl na\u0161i pr\u00e1ci a na\u0161e v\u00fdsledky, kter\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e1 pivn\u00ed ve\u0159ejnost u\u017e za ta l\u00e9ta p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b oce\u0148uje. P\u0159iv\u00edtal tak\u00e9 n\u011bkolik host\u016f z&nbsp;\u0159ad pivovarn\u00edk\u016f a novin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 obce.<\/p>\n<p>Jan \u0160ur\u00e1\u0148, viceprezident PPE definoval na\u0161e kon\u00e1n\u00ed takto: \u201eDegustujeme \u010desk\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k, stup\u0148ovitosti 11 a 12, st\u0159edn\u00ed a\u017e vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ho\u0159kosti, st\u0159edn\u00ed plnosti. Ve v\u016fni by pak m\u011blo b\u00fdt c\u00edtit jen to, z&nbsp;\u010deho je pivo vyroben\u00e9. To znamen\u00e1 chmel, slad a kvasnice. V&nbsp;chuti by m\u011blo b\u00fdt tot\u00e9\u017e. Rozhodn\u011b by v\u016fn\u011b a chu\u0165 nem\u011bly b\u00fdt odli\u0161n\u00e9. Co c\u00edt\u00edte, by m\u011blo b\u00fdt i v&nbsp;chuti a nem\u011blo by v\u00e1s nic p\u0159ekvapit, nebo\u0165 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku je vyrovnanost a pitelnost.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Pro p\u0159ipomenut\u00ed neu\u0161kod\u00ed n\u011bkolik technick\u00fdch informac\u00ed. Pivono\u0161ky nos\u00ed deset anonymn\u00edch vzork\u016f co nejrychleji, aby je osm degust\u00e1tor\u016f obdr\u017eelo na st\u016fl v&nbsp;teplot\u011b cca 7 \u00b0C. Zpravidla pak degust\u00e1tor ochutn\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9 pivo t\u0159ikr\u00e1t. Piva postupn\u011b teplaj\u00ed a otev\u00edraj\u00ed se v\u016fn\u011b i chuti. Do deseti minut, po druh\u00e9m tzv. p\u0159elizu, se u\u017e u v\u011bt\u0161iny z&nbsp;n\u00e1s formuje n\u00e1zor na jednotliv\u00e9 vzorky. U t\u0159et\u00edho napit\u00ed u\u017e j\u00e1 osobn\u011b mohu ur\u010dovat body a ji\u017e jen n\u011bkter\u00e9 ochutn\u00e1v\u00e1m po\u010dtvrt\u00e9, abych m\u011bl jistotu. Pro vzorky pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me dv\u011b l\u00e1hve piva shodn\u00e9 \u0161ar\u017ee a doby spot\u0159eby. P\u0159es z\u00e1kladn\u00ed kolo a semifin\u00e1le ochutn\u00e1v\u00e1me tak finalisty v&nbsp;pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku celkem t\u0159ikr\u00e1t. L\u00e1hve kupujeme na jednotliv\u00e9 degustace t\u0159i, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt p\u0159i rovnosti bod\u016f k&nbsp;takzvan\u00e9mu rozpiji.<\/p>\n<p>Letos k&nbsp;rozpiji do\u0161lo. Mezi 4. a 7. vzorkem. Pro \u010desk\u00e9 po\u0159ad\u00ed by to nutn\u00e9 nebylo, ale v&nbsp;nedalek\u00e9 budoucnosti n\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1 \u201e\u010desko-slovensk\u00e9\u201c fin\u00e1le a pro n\u011bj mus\u00edme m\u00edt pevn\u011b ur\u010den\u00e9 i \u010dtvrt\u00e9 a p\u00e1t\u00e9 m\u00edsto. Degustujeme proto podruh\u00e9, ale ji\u017e jen ony \u010dty\u0159i vzorky. Z&nbsp;obecn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho pohledu je to d\u016fkaz velmi velk\u00e9 vyrovnanosti degustovan\u00fdch vzork\u016f. Zadn\u00ed lajna hodnotila v\u00fdrazn\u011b h\u016f\u0159e ne\u017e p\u0159edn\u00ed lajna degust\u00e1tor\u016f. Proto\u017ee pivono\u0161ky technicky rozl\u00e9vaj\u00ed jednu l\u00e1hev pro p\u0159edn\u00ed a jednu l\u00e1hev pro zadn\u00ed skupinu degust\u00e1tor\u016f, sledujeme i tyto rozd\u00edly v&nbsp;hodnocen\u00ed. \u0160lo o pivo ze stejn\u00e9 basy, stejn\u00e9 \u0161ar\u017ee a stejn\u00e9ho data expirace. Jsme spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fd test a sna\u017e\u00edme se napodobit b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho spot\u0159ebitele. Lze tedy konstatovat, \u017ee nevyrovnanost lahv\u00ed pivu Nymburk u\u0161kodila.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1stupce pivovaru z&nbsp;Velk\u00e9ho B\u0159ezna byl na degustaci p\u0159\u00edtomen a po n\u00ed evidentn\u011b pot\u011b\u0161en (B\u0159ez\u0148\u00e1k vyhr\u00e1l i semifin\u00e1le). Podle&nbsp;jeho vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed na le\u017e\u00e1ku st\u00e1le pracuj\u00ed a cht\u011bj\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u011b v&nbsp;bl\u00edzk\u00e9 budoucnosti zlep\u0161it jeho p\u011bnivost.<\/p>\n<p>Leto\u0161n\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edk je tedy za n\u00e1mi. Nelehk\u00e9 covidov\u00e9 podm\u00ednky jej poznamenaly, ale je povzbudiv\u00e9, \u017ee ony p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky n\u00e1s sp\u00ed\u0161e posiluj\u00ed.
