A tak se ka\u017ed\u00fd rok sch\u00e1z\u00edv\u00e1m s p\u0159\u00e1teli ve Strahovsk\u00e9m pivovaru Norbert na takzvan\u00e9m Tradi\u010dn\u00edm pit\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dky.<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"art-text\" class=\"text\">\n<p>\u017de se v\u00e1no\u010dka ned\u00e1 p\u00edt? Ale jist\u011b\u017ee d\u00e1. Pokud ov\u0161em onou v\u00e1no\u010dkou mysl\u00edme m\u00edstn\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00ed ko\u0159en\u011bn\u00fd polotmav\u00fd bock, \u017eehnan\u00fd v\u017edy za\u010d\u00e1tkem adventu n\u011bkter\u00fdm z m\u00edstn\u00edch premonstr\u00e1t\u016f. V\u011bt\u0161inou to b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00e1 osmn\u00e1cte\u010dka, pak je okam\u017eikem p\u0159\u00edpitku (kdy\u017e to je mo\u017en\u00e9) 18. prosinec 18 hodin 18 minut. A kdy\u017e se poda\u0159\u00ed devaten\u00e1cte\u010dka, sejdeme se o 25 hodin a jednu minutu pozd\u011bji. Radujme se, veselme se!<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly se u\u017e d\u00e1vno staly pevnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed i na\u0161eho \u010desk\u00e9ho pivn\u00edho kalend\u00e1\u0159e. U\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd \u010das tam maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 m\u00edsto jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 kousky, nab\u00edzen\u00e9 k jedn\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed ud\u00e1losti, akci \u010di v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed (jako jsou zelen\u00e1 piva na Zelen\u00fd \u010dtvrtek, nebo na den sv. Patrika, nebo piva narozeninov\u00e1), i piva sez\u00f3nn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se produkuj\u00ed v\u017edy v ur\u010ditou ro\u010dn\u00ed dobu (t\u0159eba p\u016fvodn\u00ed m\u00e4rzen \u010di summer ale).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed piva b\u00fdvaj\u00ed tak trochu kombinac\u00ed oboj\u00edho. Bu\u010f se nab\u00edzej\u00ed po cel\u00fd advent a\u017e n\u011bkdy do T\u0159\u00ed kr\u00e1l\u016f (nebo dokud nedojdou), to pak je skoro p\u016flsez\u00f3nn\u00ed \u00fakaz, nebo b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v prodeji konkr\u00e9tn\u011b jen b\u011bhem v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch sv\u00e1tk\u016f, pak je to t\u0159eba i limitovan\u00e1 edice jen pod strome\u010dek. V\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed piva vych\u00e1zej\u00ed zpravidla z podzimn\u00edch a zimn\u00edch sez\u00f3nn\u00edch piv, tedy z podzimn\u00edch brown ejl\u016f \u010di zimn\u00edch bock\u016f, weizenbock\u016f, porter\u016f, stout\u016f.. Kapitolou mimo kategorie jsou belgick\u00e9 v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed tripel ejly, trapisti, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b saisony. Ale u n\u00e1s to b\u00fdvaj\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji jantarov\u00e9 a tmav\u00e9 speci\u00e1ly a bocky. Ale vynal\u00e9zavost sl\u00e1dk\u016f nezn\u00e1 mez\u00ed, a tak mezi v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edmi speci\u00e1ly najdeme i opravdov\u00e9 stylov\u00e9 rarity.<\/p>\n<p>V hor\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b si pivovary uleh\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, vezmou jak\u00e9koli sv\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pivo, oko\u0159en\u00ed ho &#8211; a hle: v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l je tu. Je to tot\u00e9\u017e, jako kdybychom na \u0161t\u011bdrove\u010dern\u00ed tabuli serv\u00edrovali b\u011b\u017enou ve\u010de\u0159i, kterou zn\u00e1me o cel\u00fd rok, a jen p\u0159idali trochu h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dku bez ohledu na to, jestli se h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek do toho gul\u00e1\u0161e hod\u00ed \u010di ne.<\/p>\n<p>Takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f ale ub\u00fdv\u00e1. Hodn\u011b pivovar\u016f toti\u017e spr\u00e1vn\u011b pochopilo \u010das p\u0159edv\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed i jako skv\u011bl\u00e9 marketingov\u00e9 obdob\u00ed. O adventu a pak o sv\u00e1tc\u00edch nejen\u017ee chceme p\u00edt zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostn\u00e1 piva, ale tak\u00e9 v tu dobu chyst\u00e1me d\u00e1rky. A pivovary n\u00e1m jdou naproti nab\u00eddkou sv\u00fdch d\u00e1rkov\u00fdch set\u016f kde krom\u011b sklenice a v\u00fdb\u011bru z b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 produkce obvykle nechyb\u00ed ani v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l. Obchodn\u00edci s pivem jist\u011b potvrd\u00ed, \u017ee b\u011bhem adventu za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u017en\u011b v roce. A kdo je typick\u00fdm z\u00e1kazn\u00edkem? P\u0159ece man\u017eelky, p\u0159\u00edtelkyn\u011b, partnerky, kamar\u00e1dky. A tak je dobr\u00e9 myslet i na hezk\u00e9 balen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 na n\u011b ud\u011bl\u00e1 dojem. Ale my stejn\u011b v\u00edme, \u017ee hlavn\u00ed je to, co si nalejeme do sklenice.<\/p>\n<p>A co si d\u00e1me do sklenice my? Zde je p\u00e1r tip\u016f. Slavn\u00fd Pivovarsk\u00fd d\u016fm v Je\u010dn\u00e9 ulici na Nov\u00e9m M\u011bst\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd advent vypravuje vanilkov\u00fd speci\u00e1l. A k n\u011bmu dostanete na ubrousek opravdov\u00fd vanilkov\u00fd rohl\u00ed\u010dek. Zdaleka ne ka\u017ed\u00fd advent \u2013 ale letos se zada\u0159ilo \u2013 tu dostanete ona\u010dej\u0161\u00ed lahodu. Kamar\u00e1d pivovarn\u00edk z ma\u010farsk\u00e9ho Mi\u0161kolce m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 dv\u011b vina\u0159stv\u00ed v Tokaji. A kdy\u017e se tedy zada\u0159\u00ed, po\u0161le do Prahy pravou tokajskou esenci. No to je pak pivo! Tokaj, tokaj, vykr\u00facaj.<\/p>\n<p>Lo\u0148sk\u00fd v\u00edt\u011bz sout\u011b\u017ee Prvn\u00ed pivn\u00ed extraligy mezi \u010depovan\u00fdmi le\u017e\u00e1ky z pra\u017esk\u00fdch mikropivovar\u016f O kr\u00e1le Prahy, hostiva\u0159sk\u00fd Vik, se um\u00ed vytasit s v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed verz\u00ed skotsk\u00e9ho ejlu Wee Hev\u00edk, co\u017e je osmn\u00e1cte\u010dka p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 ve spolupr\u00e1ci s pivovarem Four Elements. Je libo trochu p\u0159ip\u00e1len\u00e9ho karamelu? No jist\u011b!<\/p>\n<p>Karamelovou p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165 barevn\u00fdch slad\u016f m\u00e1 i \u00dan\u011btick\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l, pravideln\u011b p\u0159ipravovan\u00fd podle receptury legend\u00e1rn\u00edho sl\u00e1dka Vladim\u00edra \u010cernohorsk\u00e9ho. Vl\u00e1\u010fa u\u017e mezi n\u00e1mi nen\u00ed, ale jeho piva ano! Na speci\u00e1ln\u00ed slady s\u00e1z\u00ed i v\u00e1no\u010dka od sokolovsk\u00e9ho Permonu. Tady toti\u017e v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l pojali jako verzi v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku na b\u00e1zi \u010derven\u00e9ho sladu.<\/p>\n<p>Od klasick\u00e9ho le\u017e\u00e1ku odvozuje sv\u016fj v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l pivovar Maz\u00e1k z Doln\u00edch Bojanovic\u00edch. V t\u00e9hle vsi je v ka\u017ed\u00e9 druh\u00e9 chalup\u011b vina\u0159sk\u00fd skl\u00edpek, prosadit se zde s pivem, to u\u017e chce kus odvahy. A kdy\u017e u\u017e jsme u v\u00edna, tak takov\u00fd Chomout, skv\u011bl\u00fd pivovar z Olomouce, ten sv\u016fj v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l pojal hodn\u011b origin\u00e1ln\u011b. Jmenuje se St. Urban a je to season, p\u0159i jeho\u017e v\u00fdrob\u011b se ke slad\u016fm p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 mo\u0161t z vinn\u00fdch hrozn\u016f frankovky. A v\u016fbec se to nepere!<\/p>\n<p>Ov\u0161em kr\u00e1lem mezi v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edmi speci\u00e1ly je Je\u017e\u00ed\u0161ek. To je dvakr\u00e1t dvojit\u00e1 IPA z pivovaru Zichovec. I podle nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho e-shopu (to je divn\u00e9 slovo, \u017ee) Pivn\u00ed mozaika je to jen prod\u00e1van\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejl\u00e9pe hodnocen\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed speci\u00e1l. A pro\u010d je to IPA dvakr\u00e1t dvojit\u00e1? Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee m\u00e1 dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 syp\u00e1n\u00ed (v\u0161ak je to taky dvac\u00edte\u010dka), je je\u0161t\u011b navrch dvakr\u00e1t chmelen\u00e1 zastudena, a to velmi aromatick\u00fdmi chmely. Navzdory n\u00e1zvu to nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd drobe\u010dek na hran\u00ed, ale po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b ostr\u00fd a ho\u0159k\u00fd kus. Inu, ka\u017ed\u00fd to m\u00e1 na V\u00e1noce jinak.<\/p>\n<p>Faktem ale je, \u017ee si pod pojem \u201ev\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed aroma\u201c p\u0159edstavujeme v\u0161ichni tak n\u011bjak tot\u00e9\u017e: rozinky, vanilku, koriandr, zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek, svatoj\u00e1nsk\u00fd chl\u00e9b, sko\u0159ici, med, pomeran\u010dovou k\u016fru, k\u0159\u00ed\u017ealy.. Prost\u011b ony p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b nasl\u00e1dl\u00e9 t\u00f3ny dom\u00e1c\u00edho tepla, sv\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edho klidu a bezpe\u010d\u00ed. A p\u0159esn\u011b tot\u00e9\u017e chceme po v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch pivech. Je to vlastn\u011b takov\u00e9 na\u0161e tekut\u00e9 cukrov\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Ale bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 cukrov\u00ed! Tak\u00e9 se ka\u017ed\u00fd rok t\u011b\u0161\u00edv\u00e1m na zlat\u00e9 pras\u00e1tko, a tak v\u017edy na \u0160t\u011bdr\u00fd den a\u017e do ve\u010dern\u00ed tabule dr\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fd p\u016fst. Jen\u017ee ten plat\u00ed jen na j\u00eddlo. O tekutin\u00e1ch se pravidlech pro zjeven\u00ed v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1zraku ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 nic.
