Zapamatujte si to."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kr\u00e1sn\u00fd pivovar v oregonsk\u00e9m Portlandu.<br \/>\nOn ten z\u00e1pad Ameriky je fakt trochu jin\u00fd. P\u0159i tichomo\u0159sk\u00e9m pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed USA le\u017e\u00ed t\u0159i st\u00e1ty, od severu Washington, Oregon a Kalifornie. Ve v\u0161ech se \u017eije trochu jinak ne\u017e t\u0159eba na St\u0159edoz\u00e1pad\u011b a pozn\u00e1te to i na stole. J\u00eddla jsou n\u00e1padit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne tak buransk\u00e1, dokonce i kvalitn\u00edch zdej\u0161\u00edch v\u00edn je velk\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br, tomu j\u00e1 ale houby rozum\u00edm. Zaj\u00edm\u00e1 m\u011b toti\u017e pivo a t\u00edm tahle kon\u010dina sv\u011bta opl\u00fdv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Ned\u00e1vno jsem tu psal o jednom kr\u00e1sn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b ve v\u00fdchodn\u00edm Oregonu, daleko od civilizace. Takov\u00fd Portland je ale civilizace naopak centrum. Le\u017e\u00ed p\u0159i \u00fast\u00ed Columbie, nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed americk\u00e9 \u0159eky tekouc\u00ed do Pacifiku, kter\u00e1 tady tvo\u0159\u00ed taky hranici se st\u00e1tem Washington. V Portlandu je n\u011bkolik ohromn\u00fdch kr\u00e1sn\u00fdch most\u016f, skoro evropsky vyhl\u00ed\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed centrum, kde lidi dokonce chod\u00ed p\u011b\u0161ky. Ba co v\u00edc, jezd\u00ed tu i tramvaje, co\u017e je v Americe docela zjeven\u00ed. V Portlandu je pr\u00fd n\u011bkolik des\u00edtek mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f velmi dobr\u00e9 kvality, po cest\u00e1ch jsme ale nej\u010dast\u011bji nar\u00e1\u017eeli na lahvov\u00e9 produkty jednoho z nich: Bridgeport.<\/p>\n<p>Tak tam na\u0161e mal\u00e1 pivn\u00ed americk\u00e1 v\u00fdprava vyrazila. Nev\u00edm, co ta budova byla d\u0159\u00edve, ale tipoval bych to na kdysi norm\u00e1ln\u00ed velk\u00fd pivovar tak z konce 19. stolet\u00ed, pak nejsp\u00ed\u0161 za prohibice zav\u0159en\u00fd a u\u017e neobnoven\u00fd a nyn\u00ed v jeho prost\u0159ed\u00ed z\u0159\u00edzen\u00fd mikropivovar s ohromou restaurac\u00ed. Takhle n\u011bjak si p\u0159edstavuju nejlep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed industri\u00e1ln\u00ed architektury. P\u0159ed hospodou dokonce terasa, co\u017e v Americe nen\u00ed obvykl\u00e9. V\u011bt\u0161inou tam \u010dlov\u011bk i p\u0159i kr\u00e1sn\u00e9m letn\u00edm ve\u010deru nem\u00e1 \u0161anci pop\u00edt venku a mus\u00ed vl\u00e9zt do klimatizovan\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti, kde se mu ud\u011bl\u00e1 rampouch u nosu a odlet\u00ed posledn\u00ed t\u0159i vlasy od vichru z v\u011btr\u00e1ku. Do toho v\u00e1m obvykle p\u0159inesou p\u0159echlazen\u00e9 pivo do vymra\u017een\u00e9 sklenice a to je pr\u00fd to prav\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed ne v Bridgeportu. Velik\u00e1 vzdu\u0161n\u00e9 hala n\u011bkdej\u0161\u00edho pivovaru je v p\u016fli rozd\u011blena patrem, m\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e1 z\u00e1kout\u00ed pro intimn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ve\u010de\u0159i, kouty pro bav\u00edc\u00ed se ml\u00e1de\u017e i vysok\u00e9 stoly s barov\u00fdmi stoli\u010dkami pro degust\u00e1tory. A to jsme byli my. Nad barem velik\u00e1 cedule s asi patn\u00e1cti m\u00edstn\u00edmi to\u010den\u00fdmi pivy v\u0161ech mo\u017en\u00fdch typ\u016f. U ka\u017ed\u00e9ho naps\u00e1na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed charakteristika, procento alkoholu, stup\u0148ovitost a tak\u00e9 jednotky ho\u0159kosti, co\u017e u n\u00e1s ps\u00e1t neb\u00fdv\u00e1 zvykem.<\/p>\n<p>Piva byla v\u00fdborn\u00e1, origin\u00e1ln\u00ed chuti, v\u00fdrazn\u00e1, pln\u00e1, barevn\u00e1. Mezi v\u0161emi 130 ochutnan\u00fdmi pivy za celou americkou v\u00fdpravu se jeden kousek z tohoto ve\u010dera (ESB ale) um\u00edstil dokonce celkov\u011b na \u010dtvrt\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b s hodnocen\u00edm 2.375. U n\u011bj m\u00e1m slovn\u00ed pozn\u00e1mku \u201eto je pohlazen\u00ed.\u201c Pokud v\u00e1h\u00e1te, daj\u00ed v\u00e1m ochutnat kal\u00ed\u0161ek, co\u017e je v kraji zvykem. Sjeli jsme je\u0161t\u011b zdej\u0161\u00ed porter (celkov\u011b 8. m\u00edsto, hodnocen\u00ed 2.625), stout (15. m\u00edsto za 2.825) Hop Czar, India Pale Ale (13.5 og, 5.5 % alc., pozn\u00e1mka \u201evyrovnan\u00e1 chu\u0165, dobr\u00e9\u201c, ), Knucklehead, (v\u0161e d\u011blen\u00e9 25. m\u00edsto s 3.125), Oregon Bastard (pr\u00fd \u201ebesti\u00e1ln\u011b hypertrofovan\u00e9 v jednom sm\u011bru\u201c 3.375), Ropewalk Amber (13.4 og., 5.6 % \u201ep\u0159esycen\u00e9, ned\u00e1 se p\u00edt celou noc\u201c, 3.625), Blue Heron Pale Ale, Haymaker (13.3og, 5.3 % alc.), oboj\u00ed hodnocen\u00ed 4. K tomu mus\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b zm\u00ednit lahovov\u00e9 cestou ochutnan\u00e9 Stumptown Tart, Belgi\u010dan Style o s\u00edle 8.3 % s hodnocen\u00edm 4.5.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e tohle v\u0161e vypijete, mus\u00edte si pochopiteln\u011b odsko\u010dit. Co\u017e se v tomhle pivovaru d\u011bje v\u00fdtahem na galerii. Kdy\u017e do v\u00fdtahu vlezete, zjist\u00edte, \u017ee jeho druh\u00e1 strana je sklen\u011bn\u00e1 a vy \u010du\u010d\u00edte rovnou pod ruce kucha\u0159\u016f. Docela zaj\u00edmav\u00fd f\u00f3r.<\/p>\n<p>Ch\u00e1pu, \u017ee do Oregonu se ka\u017ed\u00fd tak \u010dasto nedostane, ale pokud se V\u00e1m to povede, Bridgeport v Portlandu nesm\u00edte vynechat. Moje doporu\u010den\u00ed asi t\u0159i t\u00fddny po t\u00e9hle n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b p\u0159ijala jedna hlava jednoho st\u00e1tu a podle sv\u00fdch slov byla cel\u00e1 hlava nad\u0161ena.
