Snad jen nevadsk\u00e9 Reno roste v cel\u00e9 Americe rychleji. U\u017e srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s posledn\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvou p\u0159ed \u0161esti lety n\u00e1m ukazuje nep\u0159ehl\u00e9dnuteln\u00fd stavebn\u00ed a civiliza\u010dn\u00ed boom. Tehdy tu chc\u00edplo st\u00e1do ps\u016f, m\u011bsto p\u016fsobilo venkovsk\u00fdm ospal\u00fdm dojmem, dnes m\u00e1 \u017eiv\u00e9 centrum, kde dokonce stoj\u00ed za to policajtovi, aby v\u00e1s honil ulicemi pro \u0161patn\u00e9 odbo\u010den\u00ed. Je tu hodn\u011b prosperuj\u00edc\u00edch firem se \u0161pi\u010dkovou technologi\u00ed, ale nikdo mi nevymluv\u00ed, \u017ee se sem lidi stahujou za \u010d\u00edmsi \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fdm. Za pivem.<\/p>\n<p>\u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se, \u017ee v tomhle m\u011bst\u011b se va\u0159\u00ed pivo v osmdes\u00e1ti domech. Co\u017e zn\u00ed dost nafoukan\u011b, ale jeden z t\u011bch top to ur\u010dit\u011b je. Jmenuje se: Deschutes. Na jeho lah\u016fdky nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edte po t\u011bch lep\u0161\u00edch specializovan\u00fdch prodejn\u00e1ch na cel\u00e9m americk\u00e9m Z\u00e1pad\u011b. Pat\u0159\u00ed k t\u011bm nejdra\u017e\u0161\u00edm, ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 snob\u00e1rna za t\u00edm nen\u00ed. Je za t\u00edm kvalita. Zdej\u0161\u00ed lahvov\u00e9 Mirror Pond Pale Ale z\u00edskalo v na\u0161\u00ed celoamerick\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edt\u00fddenn\u00ed degustaci mezi 130 druhy piv \u00fa\u017easnou st\u0159\u00edbrnou medaili (2.250). Tak to bychom byli troubov\u00e9, kdybychom pivovar nena\u0161li a nedali si tam to\u010den\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mikropivovar Deschutes m\u00e1 opravdovou pivovarskou hospodu. Co\u017e je v Evrop\u011b norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale v Americe se pivovarsk\u00e9 restaurace v\u011bt\u0161inou podobaj\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161 cukr\u00e1rn\u00e1m, kav\u00e1rn\u00e1m nebo n\u00f3bl podnik\u016fm bez tv\u00e1\u0159e. Tady to je jin\u00e9: je to spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 putyka s barem, hu\u010d\u00ed to v n\u00ed jak v \u00fale, je narvan\u00e1 bav\u00edc\u00edmi se hlavn\u011b mlad\u00fdmi lidmi a des\u00edtky m\u00edstn\u00edch d\u00edvek se nakrucujou tak, \u017ee by \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1lem zapomn\u011bl, pro\u010d sem p\u0159i\u0161el. Ochotn\u00e1 obsluha n\u00e1s prov\u00e1d\u00ed celou pivn\u00ed kartou a navle\u010de n\u00e1s i do m\u00edstn\u00edch tri\u010dek a \u010depic.
