Vlajkov\u00e1  lo\u010f Aliance P.I.V., sdru\u017een\u00ed nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch hostinsk\u00fdch \u010depuj\u00edc\u00edch v  restaurac\u00edch pivo z mnoha pivovar\u016f a p\u0159edstavuj\u00edc\u00edch jednotliv\u00e1 piva na  pivn\u00edch listech nad v\u00fd\u010depem.<br \/>\nNa dvaceti \u010dty\u0159ech p\u00edp\u00e1ch se zde st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed piva z mal\u00fdch a  st\u0159edn\u00edch pivovar\u016f p\u016fvodem jak z \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, tak i ze zahrani\u010d\u00ed.  Kdo by si nic z toho nevybral, m\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt bohat\u00e9ho pivkupectv\u00ed a  ochutnat lahvov\u00e9 lah\u016fdky z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta<br \/>\nNa prvn\u00ed m\u00edsto sv\u00e9ho \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku hospod s nejlep\u0161\u00edm pivem dalo  nuselsk\u00fd podnik hned p\u011bt hodnotitel\u016f. &#8222;V\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br, v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fd genius  loci. Tahle hospoda si nav\u00edc dok\u00e1zala i p\u0159es velk\u00fd v\u011bhlas zachovat sv\u016fj  lok\u00e1ln\u00ed charakter,&#8220; domn\u00edv\u00e1 se Jan Modr\u00e1k, marketingov\u00fd mana\u017eer  spole\u010dnosti Gamescape a \u010dlen Prvn\u00ed pivn\u00ed extraligy, iniciativy pivn\u00edch  znalc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b hodnot\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed piva v r\u016fzn\u00fdch kategori\u00edch.<br \/>\n&#8222;P\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a obsluha, kter\u00e1 v\u00ed, co nos\u00ed,&#8220; dopl\u0148uje  tajemn\u00edk prezidenta republiky a respektovan\u00fd pivn\u00ed znalec Ladislav Jakl.<\/p>\n<h3>\n2. Zubat\u00fd pes<\/h3>\n<p>Petrohradsk\u00e1 3, Praha 10 &#8211; Vr\u0161ovice<br \/>\nOtev\u0159eno: po-p\u00e1: 15-23, so-ne: 17-23 h<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zubatypes.cz\/\">www.zubatypes.cz<\/a><br \/>\n&#8222;Nejambici\u00f3zn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hospoda v Praze,&#8220; tvrd\u00ed o letos otev\u0159en\u00e9m  podniku s nab\u00eddkou \u010desk\u00fdch a zahrani\u010dn\u00edch piv mal\u00fdch pivovar\u016f na  patn\u00e1cti p\u00edp\u00e1ch pivn\u00ed blogger Max Bahnson, kter\u00fd ho za\u0159adil na prvn\u00ed  m\u00edsto sv\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011bru.<br \/>\nPivn\u00ed bar, chlub\u00edc\u00ed se vesm\u011bs pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm vzez\u0159en\u00edm a barem z  p\u00edskovce, je do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry zcela nov\u00fdm druhem hospody. Nepotk\u00e1te tady  ov\u0161em \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e1 piva ani mainstreamov\u00e9 zna\u010dky.<br \/>\nJak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 majitel Mike Cole, tady je m\u00edsto pro \u0159emesln\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e1  piva. Zde se Opat potk\u00e1v\u00e1 s Koutem a Kocourem, ochutnat m\u016f\u017eete produkci  norsk\u00e9ho pivovaru Nogne O, d\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho Mikkelleru \u010di tradi\u010dn\u00ed reperto\u00e1r  skotsk\u00e9ho BrewDog.<br \/>\n&#8222;Sice stroh\u00e9 ne\u00fatuln\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ale v\u00fdb\u011br piv a p\u00e9\u010de o n\u011b nemaj\u00ed  v Praze obdoby. Piva jsou znalecky obm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1na a v\u00fdb\u011br reaguje na  novinky,&#8220; mysl\u00ed si o vr\u0161ovick\u00e9m baru<br \/>\nLadislav Jakl.<\/p>\n<h3>\n3. Prvn\u00ed pivn\u00ed tramway<\/h3>\n<p>Na Chodovci 1a, Praha 4 &#8211; Spo\u0159ilov<br \/>\nOtev\u0159eno: po-ne: 14-24 h<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.prvnipivnitramway.cz\/\">www.prvnipivnitramway.cz<\/a><br \/>\nHospoda na kone\u010dn\u00e9 tramvaje \u010d\u00edslo 11 na Spo\u0159ilov\u011b, kter\u00e1 byla  kdysi budovou pro tramvaj\u00e1ky. Zde v roce 2004 vznikla takzvan\u00e1 \u010dtvrt\u00e1  p\u00edpa: ke t\u0159em st\u00e1l\u00fdm piv\u016fm se na \u010dtvrt\u00e9 p\u00edp\u011b za\u010daly st\u0159\u00eddat r\u016fzn\u00e9  speci\u00e1ly. Od t\u00e9 doby podobn\u00fd koncept p\u0159evzalo a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ilo n\u011bkolik  dal\u0161\u00edch podnik\u016f v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice.<br \/>\n&#8222;Edisonovi pat\u0159\u00ed \u017e\u00e1rovka a Jirkovi Bej\u010dkovi Stehl\u00ed\u010dkovi \u010dtvrt\u00e1  p\u00edpa. Hospoda pat\u0159\u00ed do Aliance P.I.V., co\u017e pro na\u0161ince znamen\u00e1 jistotu  dob\u0159e o\u0161et\u0159en\u00e9ho piva, pivn\u011b druhovou rozmanitost, zaj\u00edmav\u00fd pivn\u00ed obsah  lednic a nezanedbatelnou pivn\u00ed osv\u011btu &#8211; pivn\u00ed listy. A kdy\u017e je na \u010depu  Tramway Ale 11\u00b0, to se v\u00e1m do tramvaje ani nechce,&#8220; vyzn\u00e1v\u00e1 se ze sv\u00e9  l\u00e1sky ke spo\u0159ilovsk\u00e9 hospod\u011b Ji\u0159\u00edho Stehl\u00ed\u010dka jeden ze zakl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00edch  \u010dlen\u016f Prvn\u00ed pivn\u00ed extraligy, Milan Kabrna.<br \/>\n&#8222;Z betonov\u00e9 boudy pro tramvaj\u00e1ky vykouzlil Stehl\u00ed\u010dek pivn\u00ed bar s  kr\u00e1snou atmosf\u00e9rou. Na \u010depu b\u00fdv\u00e1 kolem \u0161esti kousk\u016f, v\u017edy n\u011bco hodn\u011b  zaj\u00edmav\u00e9ho. K tomu ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011br prvoligov\u00fdch whisky a rum\u016f a obsluha  k zul\u00edb\u00e1n\u00ed,&#8220; hodnot\u00ed Prvn\u00ed pivn\u00ed tramway Ladislav Jakl. Sv\u00e9r\u00e1zn\u00fd  podnik, o n\u011bm\u017e psal v roce 2006 i den\u00edk The New York Times, za\u0159adilo  mezi des\u00edtku nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edch hned osm \u010dlen\u016f poroty.<\/p>\n<h3>\n4.-5. Lok\u00e1l Dlouh\u00e1<\/h3>\n<p>Dlouh\u00e1 33, Praha 1<br \/>\nOtev\u0159eno: po-p\u00e1: 11-01, so: 12-01, ne: 12-22 h<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ambi.cz\/ambiente-lokal\">www.ambi.cz\/ambiente-lokal<\/a><br \/>\nNa podnik \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9ho restaurat\u00e9ra Tom\u00e1\u0161e Karp\u00ed\u0161ka si rychle zvykly  stovky host\u016f, a tak neb\u00fdv\u00e1 snadn\u00e9 naj\u00edt tady m\u00edsto k sezen\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na  ve\u010der.<br \/>\nK prvot\u0159\u00eddn\u011b o\u0161et\u0159en\u00e9 plzni, kterou v\u00e1m tady na\u010depuj\u00ed i jako  \u0161nity (na jeden &#8222;z\u00e1tah&#8220;) nebo ml\u00edko (pouze p\u011bna), se tu serv\u00edruje  poctiv\u011b proveden\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e1 klasika: koprov\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka, tali\u00e1n od uzen\u00e1\u0159e  Dolej\u0161\u00edho z Davle nebo krkovi\u010dka na s\u00e1dle. V\u0161e v interi\u00e9ru a designu 70.  let, tak\u017ee t\u0159eba pol\u00e9vku v\u00e1m nalij\u00ed a\u017e u stolu z kofl\u00edku a pe\u010divo p\u0159ed  v\u00e1mi p\u0159istane v um\u011blohmotn\u00e9m ko\u0161\u00ed\u010dku. P\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 je rovn\u011b\u017e odd\u011blen\u00ed  podniku na ku\u0159\u00e1ckou a neku\u0159\u00e1ckou \u010d\u00e1st.<br \/>\nKrom\u011b atmosf\u00e9ry, piva a j\u00eddla hodnotitel\u00e9 osloven\u00ed HN zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed  tak\u00e9 profesion\u00e1ln\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159\u00edjemnou obsluhu. Um\u00ed ale i speci\u00e1ly na zp\u016fsob belgick\u00fdch  trapist\u016f \u010di kriek\u016f. &#8222;Skv\u011bl\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, skv\u011bl\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra a vra\u017eedn\u011b dobr\u00fd  tmav\u00fd le\u017e\u00e1k,&#8220; ne\u0161et\u0159\u00ed chv\u00e1lou americk\u00fd novin\u00e1\u0159 Evan Rail, autor pivn\u00edho  pr\u016fvodce Good Beer Guide Prague and the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<h3>\n6. Pivovarsk\u00fd klub<\/h3>\n<p>K\u0159i\u017e\u00edkova 17, Praha 8 &#8211; Karl\u00edn<br \/>\nOtev\u0159eno: denn\u011b 11.30-23.30 h<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/gastroinfo.cz\/pivoklub\">http:\/\/gastroinfo.cz\/pivoklub<\/a><br \/>\nU zrodu podniku naproti Hudebn\u00edmu divadlu Karl\u00edn byla celkem  jednoduch\u00e1 my\u0161lenka. Skoro v\u0161ude si m\u016f\u017eete d\u00e1t klidn\u011b sto r\u016fzn\u00fdch j\u00eddel,  ov\u0161em k nim jenom jedno dv\u011b piva. Ud\u011blejme hospodu, kde bude mo\u017en\u00e9 si k  j\u00eddlu d\u00e1t sto r\u016fzn\u00fdch piv.<br \/>\nVedouc\u00ed provozu Ale\u0161 Do\u010dkal pivu rozum\u00ed, je to profesion\u00e1l v  gastronomii, a proto je tento podnik se \u0161irokou nab\u00eddkou piv obl\u00edben\u00fd  mezi pivn\u00edmi fajn\u0161mekry.<br \/>\n&#8222;Na rozd\u00edl od stejn\u011b kvalitn\u00edho podniku Pivovarsk\u00fd d\u016fm v Je\u010dn\u00e9  ulici m\u00e1 tato hospoda du\u0161i,&#8220; mysl\u00ed si Franti\u0161ek Trantina z pivovaru  Herold. Krom\u011b \u0161esti to\u010den\u00fdch piv, jejich\u017e nab\u00eddka se neust\u00e1le m\u011bn\u00ed,  naleznete v karl\u00ednsk\u00e9 restauraci minim\u00e1ln\u011b dv\u011b st\u011b piv v lahv\u00edch,  p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z \u010desk\u00fdch pivovar\u016f, od velk\u00fdch p\u0159es men\u0161\u00ed region\u00e1ln\u00ed a\u017e po  minipivovary a mal\u00e9 soukrom\u00e9 v\u00fdrobce. V nab\u00eddce nechyb\u00ed ani piva  importovan\u00e1, nap\u0159\u00edklad belgick\u00e1 a n\u011bmeck\u00e1, ale t\u0159eba i z Polska,  Bulharska a dal\u0161\u00edch zem\u00ed.<br \/>\n&#8222;Jsem \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd, \u017ee jsem v Pivovarsk\u00e9m klubu \u0161tamgastem. Je tady  nejp\u0159\u00e1tel\u0161t\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejzasv\u011bcen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed obsluha v Praze,&#8220; je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den  novin\u00e1\u0159 Evan Rail.<\/p>\n<h3>\n7. U Jel\u00ednk\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Charv\u00e1tova 33\/1, Praha 1 &#8211; Nov\u00e9 M\u011bsto<br \/>\nOtev\u0159eno: po-p\u00e1: 10-22, so: 10-18 h<br \/>\nO tom, kde se v Praze to\u010d\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed plze\u0148, vedou piva\u0159i v\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 a  nikdy nekon\u010d\u00edc\u00ed spory. \u017de se jedna z nejlep\u0161\u00edch to\u010d\u00ed u Jel\u00ednk\u016f nedaleko  stanice metra N\u00e1rodn\u00ed, ale nepochybuje nikdo. Pivnice tu b\u00fdvala u\u017e na  za\u010d\u00e1tku minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed. Rodina Jel\u00ednk\u016f ji z\u00edskala v roce 1918 a o osm  let pozd\u011bji uzav\u0159el pan Jel\u00ednek smlouvu s plze\u0148sk\u00fdm pivovarem. Od t\u00e9  doby sem chod\u00ed milovn\u00edci zlat\u00e9ho moku na skv\u011bl\u00fd Plze\u0148sk\u00fd Prazdroj.<br \/>\nKlasika, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 skv\u011blou n\u00e1ladu hlavn\u011b p\u0159es den, kdy se ve  v\u00fd\u010depu st\u0159\u00eddaj\u00ed na stoj\u00e1ka pozoruhodn\u00e9 typy s neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fdmi zkazkami.  &#8222;Jako by se tady zastavil \u010das, co\u017e v n\u011bkter\u00fdch ohledech nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt na  \u0161kodu. Zahloubat si nad t\u00edmto \u00fakazem doporu\u010duji v zadn\u00edm lok\u00e1lku u  umakartov\u00fdch, pozoruhodn\u011b \u00fazk\u00fdch stol\u016f nad porc\u00ed skv\u011bl\u00e9ho tali\u00e1na,&#8220; rad\u00ed  novin\u00e1\u0159 Josef Albrecht.<\/p>\n<h3>\n8.-9. U Hrocha<\/h3>\n<p>Thunovsk\u00e1 10, Praha 1 &#8211; Mal\u00e1 Strana<br \/>\nOtev\u0159eno: denn\u011b 11-23 h<br \/>\n\u0160ikovn\u011b ukryt\u00e1 miniaturn\u00ed hospoda na Mal\u00e9 Stran\u011b je  neopakovateln\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky sv\u00e9 dom\u00e1ck\u00e9 atmosf\u00e9\u0159e. Je to klasick\u00e1  pivnice, a tak zde ne\u010dekejte \u0161irokou nab\u00eddku j\u00eddel. To ale vynahrad\u00ed  v\u017edy v\u00fdborn\u00e1 plze\u0148 a duch m\u00edstnost\u00ed s gotick\u00fdmi klenbami.<br \/>\n&#8222;I kdy\u017e tady b\u00fdv\u00e1 probl\u00e9m s m\u00edstem, na jedno \u010di dv\u011b piva se tam  d\u00e1 v\u017edycky vm\u00e1\u010dknout a ono u\u017e to s ve\u010derem v\u017edycky n\u011bjak dopadne,&#8220; tvrd\u00ed  novin\u00e1\u0159 Josef Albrecht.<br \/>\nHroch, jemu\u017e n\u011bkdy lid\u00e9 vy\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed pivo na\u010depovan\u00e9 pod m\u00edru, dostal  hlasy celkem od \u0161esti hodnotitel\u016f. Mimochodem, na prvn\u00ed m\u00edsto sv\u00e9ho  v\u00fdb\u011bru ho za\u0159adil gurm\u00e1n a gastronomick\u00fd publicista Pavel Maurer.<\/p>\n<h3>\n8.-9. M\u00e1 v\u0161e, co ten prvn\u00ed, nav\u00edc zde v\u011bt\u0161inou odpad\u00e1 hluk p\u0159epln\u011bn\u00e9 hospody,  kdy sotva sly\u0161\u00edte sami sebe.<br \/>\n&#8222;Jeden z m\u00e1la podnik\u016f, kam chod\u00edm v\u017edy, kdy\u017e m\u00e1m chu\u0165 na skv\u011bl\u00e9  pivo, dob\u0159e o\u0161et\u0159en\u00e9 a s l\u00e1skou serv\u00edrovan\u00e9,&#8220; hodnot\u00ed malostranskou  hospodu Pavel Maurer.
