Nebo kontrarevoluci? Odpov\u011b\u010f na tuhle ot\u00e1zku nelze jen tak odb\u00fdt. Je to ot\u00e1zka legitimn\u00ed, a ne zcela trivi\u00e1ln\u00ed. A zab\u00fdvat se j\u00ed by m\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd poctiv\u011b p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lej\u00edc\u00ed pozorovatel dne\u0161n\u00edho spole\u010densk\u00e9ho d\u011bn\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Velk\u00fdm d\u011bjinn\u00fdm zvrat\u016fm jsme si \u2013 zejm\u00e9na v&nbsp;na\u0161\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00ed kotlin\u011b \u2013 navykli \u0159\u00edkat \u201erevoluce\u201c. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1me tak obvykle zejm\u00e9na ud\u00e1lostem z&nbsp;roku 1848, 1918, 1945 i 1948. A tak\u00e9 nestylov\u011b neosmi\u010dkov\u00fdm ud\u00e1lostem z&nbsp;konce roku 1989. Ta posledn\u00ed dokonce z\u00edskala sv\u016fj marketingov\u00fd p\u0159\u00eddomek (bez n\u011bj u\u017e dnes nem\u016f\u017eete na p\u0159evrat ani pomyslet), i kdy\u017e v&nbsp;n\u00ed daleko sp\u00ed\u0161e, ne\u017e o revoluci \u0161lo o jistou restauraci (nebo pokusu o restauraci) demokracie a kapitalismu. I proto nen\u00ed zcela bez opodstatn\u011bn\u00ed naz\u00fdvat p\u00e1d komunismu \u201ekontrarevoluc\u00ed,\u201c tedy n\u00e1vratem ke stavu, jak\u00fd byl p\u0159ed posledn\u00ed revoluc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Revoluc\u00ed tak n\u011bjak v\u0161ichni mysl\u00edme takov\u00fd mocensk\u00fd p\u0159evrat, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nehled\u00ed na dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed dosavadn\u00ed z\u00e1konnosti (kter\u00e1 stejn\u011b b\u00fdv\u00e1 revolucion\u00e1\u0159i pova\u017eov\u00e1na za nespravedlivou a jej\u00ed zm\u011bna je sama o sob\u011b jedn\u00edm z&nbsp;hlavn\u00edch motiv\u016f revolu\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdbuchu) a leckdy ani na bezpe\u010d\u00ed \u010di \u017eivoty \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f i nez\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch. I proto c\u00edt\u00edme, \u017ee n\u011bkdy se pojmu revoluce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k&nbsp;ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed v&nbsp;jist\u00e9 nads\u00e1zce. Slova ale maj\u00ed sv\u016fj v\u00fdznam a m\u00e1 tedy smysl sisyfovsky se d\u0159\u00edt a trp\u011bliv\u011b jim ho vracet, kdy\u017e se ka\u017edou chv\u00edli od slov n\u011bkam zatoul\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Konzervativec a revoluce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rozhl\u00ed\u017e\u00edme se kolem sebe. Spole\u010dnost kolem se dnes podob\u00e1 diktatu\u0159e v\u00edc, ne\u017e by se mohlo zd\u00e1t. St\u0159\u00edzliv\u011b uva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed pozorovatel\u00e9 p\u0159ed siln\u00fdmi slovy typu \u201ediktatura\u201c obvykle opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u011b varuj\u00ed, vych\u00e1zej\u00ed ale ze srovn\u00e1n\u00ed dobov\u011b podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch jev\u016f. A je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee jinak vypad\u00e1 diktatura z&nbsp;roku 1856, jinak z&nbsp;roku 1916, jinak z&nbsp;roku 1942, jinak z&nbsp;roku 1951 a jinak z&nbsp;roku 2030. Nenechme se m\u00e1st jevov\u00fdmi atributy, jd\u011bme po podstat\u011b. A tou je role jednotlivce v&nbsp;syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Konzervativn\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed a sm\u00fd\u0161lej\u00edc\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bk revoluce nemiluje. Nemiluje ani \u0161ermov\u00e1n\u00edm samotn\u00fdm pojmeme \u201erevoluce\u201c. Velmi spr\u00e1vn\u011b m\u00edv\u00e1 po ruce p\u0159irovn\u00e1n\u00ed k&nbsp;vani\u010dce a d\u00edt\u011bti \u010di o nemo\u017enosti odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed skvrn bez poru\u0161en\u00ed l\u00e1tek. C\u00edt\u00ed, \u017ee v&nbsp;mnoha pravidlech a regul\u00edch se skr\u00fdv\u00e1 mnohem star\u0161\u00ed a hlub\u0161\u00ed podstata, ne\u017e by z&nbsp;dobov\u00e9ho n\u00e1t\u011bru bylo zjevn\u00e9<em>. (Ned\u00e1 mi nevzpomenout p\u0159\u00edpad jednoho horliv\u00e9ho ministra spravedlnosti, kter\u00fd bez pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 legisvakance a bez inventury faktick\u00fdch problemati\u010dnost\u00ed ve funguj\u00edc\u00edm soukrom\u00e9m pr\u00e1vu na s\u00edlu prosadil nov\u00fd Ob\u010dansk\u00fd z\u00e1kon\u00edk s&nbsp;argumentac\u00ed, \u017ee je t\u0159eba vym\u00e9st to star\u00e9 bol\u0161evick\u00e9 haraburd\u00ed. Tak mu p\u0159i jedn\u00e9 akci v&nbsp;Plzni musel jeden \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk debaty p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee \u201ebol\u0161evick\u00e9\u201c soukrom\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo obsahuje cel\u00e9 pas\u00e1\u017ee a mnoho institut\u016f beze zm\u011bny p\u0159evzat\u00fdch ze star\u00e9ho rakousk\u00e9ho Ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho z\u00e1kon\u00edku z&nbsp;19. stolet\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch ustanoven\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se t\u0159eba rodinn\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va. Vlastn\u011b mi tehdy ani neodpov\u011bd\u011bl.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 jest pravdou, \u017ee velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st ned\u00e1vn\u00fdch i sou\u010dasn\u00fdch mocensk\u00fdch exces\u016f (migra\u010dn\u00ed krize, kovidismus, brut\u00e1ln\u00ed klimatismus, \u0161ed\u00e9 metody boje s&nbsp;odli\u0161n\u00fdmi n\u00e1zory, przn\u011bn\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed genderov\u00fdm pokrok\u00e1\u0159stv\u00edm) se d\u011bl\u00e1 a d\u011bje nez\u00e1konn\u011b, mimoz\u00e1konn\u011b nebo ab\u00fazem pravomoc\u00ed v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f. Tak\u017ee by m\u011blo sta\u010dit, kdyby na spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch m\u00edstech sed\u011bli spr\u00e1vn\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed by dohl\u00ed\u017eeli na korektnost chov\u00e1n\u00ed se mocensk\u00fdch slo\u017eek. Jen\u017ee \u2013 on je probl\u00e9m hlub\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kde vz\u00edt politickou zm\u011bnu a nekr\u00e1st!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Etatistick\u00fd, centraliza\u010dn\u00ed, byrokratick\u00fd, unifika\u010dn\u00ed a ideologicky pokrok\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd n\u00e1tlak, trvaj\u00edc\u00ed des\u00edtky let, u\u017e zcela pros\u00e1kl do v\u0161ech skulin pr\u00e1vn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du a do v\u0161ech skulin st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy. K&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 nikoli pouze kosmetick\u00e9, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e k&nbsp;syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b by byl pot\u0159ebn\u00fd nejen dnes absolutn\u011b nemysliteln\u011b siln\u00fd mand\u00e1t, ale tak\u00e9 (a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm) jasn\u011b formulovan\u00e1 obecn\u00e1 shoda na spole\u010densk\u00e9m zad\u00e1n\u00ed. A v&nbsp;tom spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m na\u0161\u00ed doby.<\/p>\n<p>Poctiv\u00ed analytici spole\u010densk\u00e9 reality a svobodn\u011b uva\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed ekonomov\u00e9 jasn\u011b kolem sebe vid\u00ed, \u017ee \u017eijeme v&nbsp;hlubok\u00e9 syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 spole\u010densk\u00e9 i ekonomick\u00e9 krizi. Ekonomick\u00fd r\u016fst je zablokov\u00e1n, podnikatelsk\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed sv\u00e1z\u00e1no, lidi su\u017euje drahota, zejm\u00e9na energetick\u00e1, hodnota \u00faspor a fixn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f se drol\u00ed, n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot je spout\u00e1n regulacemi, kv\u00f3tami, z\u00e1kazy a p\u0159\u00edkazy, stup\u0148uje se tlak proti svobod\u011b slova.<\/p>\n<p>Optimist\u00e9 \u0159eknou: to chce politickou zm\u011bnu. Dostat erudovan\u00e9 a ideov\u011b orientovan\u00e9 lidi na spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 m\u00edsta. Ale odkud by se ta zm\u011bna vzala? Kdo ji chce, kdo ji popt\u00e1v\u00e1? Kdo si ji objedn\u00e1v\u00e1? Odpov\u011b\u010f typu \u201eskoro ka\u017ed\u00fd, ne? Komu by se necht\u011blo \u017e\u00edt l\u00e9pe a svobodn\u011bji\u201c rad\u011bji spolkn\u011bte. Nen\u00ed nutno zde d\u011blat inventuru n\u00e1hradn\u00edch variant sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho mocensk\u00e9ho uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u00e1sadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (a je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b optimismu p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00edc\u00ed) je zkusit prov\u00e9st inventuru n\u00e1lad ve ve\u0159ejnosti. A jej\u00ed v\u00fdsledky jsou nevesel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dob\u0159e poslouchejme. Existuje v\u016fbec n\u011bjak\u00e1 m\u00edra spole\u010densk\u00e9 shody na p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00e1ch sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho marasmu? Pokud v\u016fbec n\u011bjak\u00e1 existuje, pak leda v&nbsp;tom, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00e1 vl\u00e1da rozd\u011bluje \u0161patn\u011b. \u017de by m\u011bla padnout, a po n\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edt n\u011bkdo, kdo by rozd\u011bloval l\u00e9pe. Tato vl\u00e1da pr\u00fd d\u00e1v\u00e1 pen\u00edze na \u0161patn\u00e9 v\u011bci, ty dobr\u00e9 zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1. Tato vl\u00e1da bere chud\u00fdm, bohat\u00fdm p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1. Vl\u00e1da m\u00e1lo podporuje to \u010di ono. Ani jedno z&nbsp;toho nen\u00ed popt\u00e1vka po syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 zm\u011bn\u011b prav\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din marasmu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revoluce bez popt\u00e1vky? &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pokud v\u016fbec existuje alespo\u0148 minim\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u00edra spole\u010densk\u00e9 shody, podob\u00e1 se sp\u00ed\u0161e shod\u011b, jak\u00e1 u n\u00e1s panovala v&nbsp;\u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech p\u0159ed vypuknut\u00edm Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho jara. Spole\u010dnost \u0159\u00edd\u00ed komunist\u00e9 zabedn\u011bn\u00ed, je t\u0159eba p\u0159edat moc komunist\u016fm osv\u00edcen\u00fdm. A v&nbsp;jist\u00e9 obdob\u011b dnes sly\u0161\u00edme skoro tot\u00e9\u017e. Sly\u0161\u00edme snad p\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed hlasy, \u017ee prosperitu na\u0161eho sv\u011bta stvo\u0159ila svoboda jednotlivce garantovan\u00e1 moc\u00ed, zat\u00edmco aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed chudnut\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed omezov\u00e1n\u00ed svobody a snaha st\u00e1tu \u0159\u00eddit na\u0161e \u017eivoty a \u0159\u00eddit hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed? Sly\u0161\u00edme snad, \u017ee trh by m\u011bl b\u00fdt osvobozen a \u017ee jen t\u00edm dostanou jeho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci motivaci op\u011bt tvo\u0159it?<\/p>\n<p>Ne, to sly\u0161\u00edme jen okrajov\u011b, nebo sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u016fbec ne. Sly\u0161\u00edme snad \u010dast\u011bji hlasy, \u017ee je t\u0159eba vr\u00e1tit se k&nbsp;\u00fact\u011b k&nbsp;tradic\u00edm a osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdm hodnot\u00e1m? Sl\u00fdch\u00e1me citovat Gustava Mahlera a jeho v\u00fdrok, \u017ee tradice nen\u00ed uct\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed popela ale udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed ohn\u011b? Sly\u0161\u00edme, \u017ee je t\u0159eba vr\u00e1tit spole\u010dnosti svobodu smlouvy a ochranu soukrom\u00e9ho majetku? Nebo sl\u00fdch\u00e1me sp\u00ed\u0161e recepty, jak sou\u010dasn\u00e9 zpackan\u00e9 projevy soci\u00e1ln\u00edho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed nahradit formami, kter\u00e9 pr\u00fd fungovat budou. To posledn\u00ed, \u017ee. Bohu\u017eel.<\/p>\n<p>V&nbsp;kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9m horizontu se nezm\u011bn\u00ed nic. V&nbsp;dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu jsme v\u0161ichni mrtv\u00ed. Ale ve st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e9m horizontu n\u00e1m p\u0159ece nen\u00ed jedno, jak budeme \u017e\u00edt my a generace na\u0161ich d\u011bt\u00ed. Ani z\u00edtra. Proto\u017ee spole\u010dnost a st\u00e1t pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed zm\u011bnu hlubokou, syst\u00e9movou, skoro kontrarevolu\u010dn\u00ed. A po n\u00ed dosud nen\u00ed popt\u00e1vka. Asi bude muset b\u00fdt nejd\u0159\u00edv je\u0161t\u011b h\u016f\u0159. Jako v&nbsp;Argentin\u011b?<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e konzervativec vol\u00e1 po revoluci (nebo kontrarevoluci, ale to je z&nbsp;hlediska radikalismu tot\u00e9\u017e), zn\u00ed to jako oxym\u00f3ron. Konzervativec m\u00e1 v\u011bci uchov\u00e1vat a ponech\u00e1vat prostor jejich samovoln\u00e9mu v\u00fdvoji. Ale co kdy\u017e je to, co je nutno uchov\u00e1vat, pokryto tlustou vrstvou kolektivistick\u00fdch usazenin? To se bez sb\u00edje\u010dky neobjede. Nebo bez motorov\u00e9 pily.
