{"id":3638,"date":"2013-02-27T15:23:28","date_gmt":"2013-02-27T14:23:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ladislavjakl.cz\/?p=3638"},"modified":"2013-02-27T15:23:28","modified_gmt":"2013-02-27T14:23:28","slug":"konostezky","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ladislavjakl.cz\/?p=3638","title":{"rendered":"Ko\u0148ostezky"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>T\u00edmto p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem chci podn\u00edtit zalo\u017een\u00ed ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho sdru\u017een\u00ed CykloMAT.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci boje proti glob\u00e1ln\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m klimatu neu\u010dinila na\u0161e spole\u010dnost dostate\u010dn\u00e9 kroky. A to je pot\u0159eba rozhodn\u011b napravit.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed my\u0161lenkou tohoto sdru\u017een\u00ed bude fakt, \u017ee na\u0161e spole\u010dnost dostate\u010dn\u011b nezhodnotila v\u0161echny potencion\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enosti dopravy osob, vzhledem k jejich vlivu na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny klimatu. V\u0161em potencion\u00e1ln\u00edm \u010dlen\u016fm tohoto sdru\u017een\u00ed je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee automobily postaven\u00e9 na b\u00e1zi spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. St\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed st\u00e1tem podporovan\u00fd trend je postaven na preferenci dopravy na vlastn\u00ed pohon. Nap\u0159\u00edklad osobn\u00ed bicykly, rik\u0161y a podobn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Po velmi d\u016fkladn\u00e9 anal\u00fdze a porovn\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech, i historicky pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch, dopravn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f n\u00e1m vych\u00e1z\u00ed, \u017ee \u010dtvrt\u00fd nejhor\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob dopravy je pou\u017e\u00edt\u00ed bicyklu. Na t\u0159et\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b ve smyslu nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku ke glob\u00e1ln\u00edm klimatick\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m (na druh\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b je um\u00edst\u011bn b\u011bh a na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b pomal\u00e1 ch\u016fze) je dle na\u0161eho n\u00e1zoru, podlo\u017een\u00e9ho d\u016fkladnou anal\u00fdzou (viz n\u00ed\u017ee) doprava s pomoc\u00ed kon\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Proto se sdru\u017een\u00ed CykloMat bude v\u011bnovat preferenci ko\u0148sk\u00e9 dopravy, jako\u017eto spole\u010densky \u00fanosn\u00e9 doprav\u011b s nejmen\u0161\u00edm vlivem na glob\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bnu klimatu.<\/p>\n<p>V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed anal\u00fdze je shrnuto jen srovn\u00e1n\u00ed bicyklu a kon\u011b. Porovn\u00e1n\u00ed osobn\u00ed automobilov\u00e9 dopravy, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 automobilov\u00e9 dopravy je natolik mimo mo\u017enosti ovlivnit glob\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bnu klimatu, \u017ee jejich zahrnut\u00ed do srovn\u00e1n\u00ed by bylo h\u00e1zen\u00edm hrachu na ze\u010f a perel svin\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Ob\u011b dopravn\u00ed metody, kter\u00e9 chceme srovn\u00e1vat, porovn\u00e1me ze t\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u00fahl\u016f. Toti\u017e: ekologick\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdrobu, provoz a likvidaci.<\/p>\n<p>Ohledn\u011b v\u00fdroby: b\u011b\u017en\u00fd bicykl v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed kolem 10kg. Hrub\u00fd odhad produkce CO2 (jako hlavn\u00edho hybatele glob\u00e1ln\u00edch klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn) na v\u00fdrobu jednoho kg \u017eeleza je zhruba 1.9kg CO2 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.isvav.cz\/resultDetail.do;jsessionid=6AEA587B01EA5E179BB12B9764004822?rowId=RIV%2F61989100%3A27730%2F11%3A86081449%21RIV12-MSM-27730___\">zdroj<\/a>). Nav\u00edc je pot\u0159eba p\u0159ipo\u010d\u00edst n\u00e1sledn\u00fd oh\u0159ev a zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eeleza na ocel, v\u00e1lcov\u00e1n\u00ed, obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti spojen\u00e9 s v\u00fdrobou. I elektrick\u00fd proud pro obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00ed poch\u00e1z\u00ed ze spalov\u00e1n\u00ed fosiln\u00edch paliv. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b slitin hlin\u00edku je cel\u00fd proces v\u00fdroby n\u00e1sobn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed na produkci CO2. Tak\u017ee pou\u010den\u00fdm odhadem jsme stanovili emise na v\u00fdrobu jednoho bicyklu na zhruba 50kg CO2 poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm z fosiln\u00edch paliv.<\/p>\n<p>Oproti tomu v\u00fdroba kon\u011b je p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd n\u00e1rok na foslin\u00ed paliva. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 nutn\u00e9 zdroje jsou zcela recyklovateln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ohledn\u011b provozn\u00edch ekologick\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f: cyklista na pot\u0159ebn\u00fd v\u00fdkon spot\u0159ebuje krom\u011b rostlinn\u00fdch produkt\u016f nezanedbateln\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed masa. K\u016f\u0148 spot\u0159ebuje jen rostlinn\u00e9 produkty. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b masa pro cyklisty doch\u00e1z\u00ed jak ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 produkci sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f (metan produkovan\u00fd prasaty), tak k neefektivit\u011b zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed rostlinn\u00fdch produkt\u016f v cyklu rostlina &#8211; maso &#8211; cyklista (tj. i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee cyklista nepoj\u00edd\u00e1 prasata ale nap\u0159. larvy housenek, kter\u00e9 neprodukuj\u00ed metan).<\/p>\n<p>Posledn\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211; likvidace je op\u011bt v neprosp\u011bch cyklist\u016f. Pokud zlikvidujeme kon\u011b, je mo\u017eno jeho masem u\u017eivit n\u011bkolik cyklist\u016f po dobu n\u011bkolika t\u00fddn\u016f. Naopak toto tvrzen\u00ed neplat\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed bicykl\u016f nep\u0159edstavuje maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enou podporu glob\u00e1ln\u00edm klimatick\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m.<br \/>\nSdru\u017een\u00ed CykloMAT tedy bude d\u016fsledn\u011b trvat na zm\u011bn\u011b spole\u010densk\u00e9ho postoje k aktivit\u00e1m umo\u017enuj\u00edc\u00edm l\u00e9pe se vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s glob\u00e1ln\u00edmi klimatick\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami.<\/p>\n<p>Navrhujeme n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed program tohoto ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho sdru\u017een\u00ed:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; pom\u011br nov\u011b vybudovan\u00fdch cyklostezek proti stezk\u00e1m pro kon\u011b bude 1:5<br \/>\n&#8211; n\u00e1rok na st\u00e1tn\u00ed dotace budou m\u00edt nov\u011b jen firmy, kter\u00e9 zbuduj\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m are\u00e1lu st\u00e1je<br \/>\n&#8211; v\u00fdznamn\u011b pom\u011brn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st dotac\u00ed z Evropsk\u00e9 unie a \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky se pou\u017eije nejenom pro zbudov\u00e1n\u00ed stezek pro kon\u011b, ale i pro odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159estavbu st\u00e1v\u00e1j\u00edc\u00edch cyklostezek na stezky pro kon\u011b.<br \/>\n&#8211; studentk\u00e1m z\u00e1kladn\u00edch, st\u0159edn\u00edch i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch \u0161kol bude umo\u017en\u011bno starat se jeden den v t\u00fddnu o kon\u011b. Tato jejich snaha se bude v klasifikaci zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vat jako \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 studium. Firmy, kter\u00e9 \u010derpaj\u00ed jak\u00e9koliv dotace, budou povinny zam\u011bstnat spr\u00e1vce st\u00e1je.<br \/>\n&#8211; budeme po\u017eadovat \u00fapravu z\u00e1kona o pozemn\u00edch komunikac\u00edch, kter\u00e1 stanov\u00ed p\u0159ednost jezdce na koni p\u0159ed jezdcem na bicyklu.<br \/>\n&#8211; 14.9. bude vyhl\u00e1\u0161eno jako st\u00e1tn\u00ed sv\u00e1tek, ur\u010den\u00fd k propagaci ko\u0148sk\u00e9 dopravy a omezen\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00edch klimatick\u00fdch zm\u011bn.<\/p>\n<p>PS: na rozd\u00edl od produkt\u016f hovna\u0159\u016f (s\u00eddli\u0161tn\u00edch majitel\u016f ps\u00edch plemen), je ko\u0148sk\u00fd trus velmi cen\u011bn mezi Podlahov\u00fdmi lidmi. Tito jsou ochotni st\u00e1t i frontu kolem ko\u0148ostezek. S\u00e1m se mezi n\u011b postav\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>A v posledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b nelze nejmenovat l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky j\u00edzdy na koni.
