Davy lid\u00ed \u010dekaly v dlouh\u00e9 front\u011b p\u0159es celou Malou Stranu, aby mohly post\u00e1t u rakve. Jeden katolick\u00fd kn\u011bz (ten, co vypad\u00e1 i mluv\u00ed jako \u010dernokn\u011b\u017en\u00edk) pak napsal do Lidov\u00fdch novin nad\u0161en\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek, \u017ee restaurat\u00e9\u0159i a st\u00e1nka\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed nosili zmrzl\u00fdm kondolent\u016fm zdarma hork\u00fd \u010daj, byli vedeni asi \u00fapln\u011b jinou neviditelnou rukou ne\u017e neviditelnou rukou trhu.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Zareagoval jsem tehdy replikou, \u017ee ob\u011b tyto neviditeln\u00e9 ruce p\u0159ece vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed z\u00a0jednoho t\u011bla. Kdyby m\u011blo cenu debatovat s\u00a0\u010dernokn\u011b\u017en\u00edky, mohl bych dodat, \u017ee term\u00edn \u201eneviditeln\u00e1 ruka trhu\u201c nevymyslel n\u011bjak\u00fd p\u0159\u00edzemn\u00ed mamon\u00e1\u0159 a vulg\u00e1rn\u00ed materialista, ale k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00fd filosof 18. stolet\u00ed Adam Smith, a \u017ee ten term\u00edn m\u00e1 symbolizovat pokoru k\u00a0neosobn\u00edm spont\u00e1nn\u00edm spole\u010densk\u00fdm proces\u016fm a v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee ve svobodn\u00e9m \u0159\u00e1du nen\u00ed z\u00e1rukou spole\u010densk\u00e9ho blahobytu prvopl\u00e1nov\u00fd altruismus ale kon\u00e1n\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edm z\u00e1jmu, kter\u00e9 je z\u00e1rove\u0148 nejlep\u0161\u00ed slu\u017ebou ostatn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d jsem se do toho tehdy ale v\u016fbec pletl? Proto\u017ee m\u011b u\u017e nejm\u00e9n\u011b ta dv\u011b desetilet\u00ed tr\u00e1p\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 nepochopen\u00ed mnoh\u00fdch ekonomick\u00fdch liber\u00e1l\u016f a mnoh\u00fdch lid\u00ed oddan\u00fdch tradi\u010dn\u00edm konzervativn\u00edm hodnot\u00e1m a v\u00ed\u0159e. Tehdy i dnes m\u011b tr\u00e1pilo a tr\u00e1p\u00ed, kdy\u017e n\u011bkdo z\u00a0v\u00edry vyvozuje obhajobu st\u00e1tn\u00edho n\u00e1sil\u00ed jako jedin\u00e9ho n\u00e1stroje k\u00a0prosazen\u00ed dobra a \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. Tehdy i dnes m\u011b tr\u00e1pilo a tr\u00e1p\u00ed, kdy\u017e se n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed libertari\u00e1ni utvrzuj\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00a0p\u00e9\u010de o neutralitu pravidel plyne i neutralita ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z\u00a0n\u00e1s k\u00a0dobru a zlu. Proto se nemohu s\u00a0radost\u00ed d\u00edvat na spor, kter\u00fd se rozho\u0159el mezi n\u011bkter\u00fdmi Svobodn\u00fdmi a kruhem autor\u016f kolem n\u00e1rodn\u011b konzervativn\u00ed revue Protiproud.<\/p>\n<p>Do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry je to spor u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd. U\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd do t\u00e9 m\u00edry, do kter\u00e9 vyjas\u0148uje v\u00fdchoz\u00ed stanoviska my\u0161lenkov\u00fdch sm\u011br\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou naprosto legitimn\u011b v\u00a0mnoh\u00e9m odli\u0161n\u00e9. U\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd i do t\u00e9 m\u00edry, v jak\u00e9 si ob\u011b strany jasn\u011bji srovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed sv\u00e1 vlastn\u00ed v\u00fdchodiska pr\u00e1v\u011b ve vyhran\u011bn\u00ed se k\u00a0odli\u0161n\u00e9mu. Je to ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 spor v\u00a0mnoh\u00e9m zbyte\u010dn\u00fd a zni\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. V\u017edy\u0165 ob\u011b strany by se od t\u00e9 druh\u00e9 mohly v\u00a0mnoh\u00e9m inspirovat a obohatit tam, kde jim ke kompletnosti kousek sch\u00e1z\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Zbyte\u010dn\u00fd a zni\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed je tento spor i tam, kde nab\u00fdv\u00e1 podoby osobn\u00ed nesmi\u0159itelnosti a militantnosti. Zbyte\u010dn\u00fd a zni\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed je tam, kde p\u0159ehlu\u0161uje v\u00a0mnoh\u00e9m spole\u010dn\u00e9 ideje a spole\u010dn\u00e9 c\u00edle. A\u010d se to mnoh\u00fdm bojovn\u00edk\u016fm obou stran nezd\u00e1, spole\u010dn\u00fdch ideov\u00fdch z\u00e1klad\u016f je mnoho. A symbolizuj\u00ed je pr\u00e1v\u011b ob\u011b ruce, vyr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00a0jednoho t\u011bla. Spojuje je v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee nen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 br\u00e1t do sv\u00fdch viditeln\u00fdch rukou to, co m\u00e1 logiku mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se n\u00e1m netrp\u011bliv\u00fdm leckdy jev\u00ed. A spole\u010dn\u00e9 c\u00edle? Copak pr\u00e1v\u011b nyn\u00ed nen\u00ed mnohem d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b k\u00e1drovat, rad\u011bji spolupracovat ve snaze uchr\u00e1nit lidskou svobodu a demokratick\u00e9 pom\u011bry p\u0159ed brutalitou bruselsk\u00e9 socialistick\u00e9 moci?<\/p>\n<p>Zbyte\u010dn\u00fd a zni\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed je tento spor i tam, kde jde o prost\u00e9 vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 nepochopen\u00ed. A to jak v mnoha jednotlivostech, tak i v\u00a0jedn\u00e9 v\u011bci velmi obecn\u00e9 a z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Tou mysl\u00edm rozmazanou argumentaci v momentech, kdy je t\u0159eba jasn\u011b precizovat, zda mluv\u00edm o jednotlivci, nebo zda mluv\u00edm o st\u00e1tu. Pokud je n\u011bkdo velmi zdr\u017eenliv\u00fd k\u00a0poku\u0161en\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt st\u00e1t a jeho mocensk\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje k\u00a0prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch hodnot, v\u016fbec to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee je s\u00e1m v\u016f\u010di t\u011bmto hodnot\u00e1m neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed a \u017ee je lidsky ka\u017edodenn\u011b neh\u00e1j\u00ed. A naopak: to, \u017ee n\u011bkdo odm\u00edt\u00e1 hodnotov\u00fd relativismus, hned neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee chce u\u010dinit ze st\u00e1tu beranidlo k\u00a0prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161eho, co pova\u017euje za dobr\u00e9. Pro za\u010d\u00e1tek bych m\u011bl za ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, kdyby nap\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b v\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9 polemice bylo jasn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, kdy kdo mluv\u00ed o sob\u011b \u010di o spole\u010dnosti a kdy mluv\u00ed o st\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n<p>O jednotlivostech, kde vid\u00edm r\u016fznost nikoli v\u00a0principu ale v\u00a0neporozum\u011bn\u00ed, se p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rozepisovat nebudu. Byl by to dlouh\u00fd seznam. Uvedu jen jednu za v\u0161echny. Spor o \u00fadajn\u00e1 pr\u00e1va homosexu\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed libertari\u00e1ni si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed n\u00e1zor nap\u0159\u00edklad na registrovan\u00e9 partnerstv\u00ed je projevem ne\u00facty ke svobod\u011b jist\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti lid\u00ed. Jen\u017ee to je velik\u00fd omyl. Man\u017eelstv\u00ed (stejn\u011b jako r\u016fzn\u00e9 formy registrace partnersk\u00e9ho vztahu) je sice svazkem dvou stran, ale nikoli dvou partner\u016f, jak se asi leckdo domn\u00edv\u00e1. Je svazkem partner\u016f na stran\u011b jedn\u00e9 a st\u00e1tu na stran\u011b druh\u00e9. Je st\u00e1tn\u00ed instituc\u00ed, je n\u00e1strojem ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va. Um\u00edm si p\u0159edstavit d\u016fsledn\u00e9ho libertari\u00e1na, kter\u00fd bude po\u017eadovat odst\u00e1tn\u011bn\u00ed partnersk\u00fdch vztah\u016f, tedy ponech\u00e1n\u00ed i man\u017eelstv\u00ed soukromopr\u00e1vn\u00edm smluvn\u00edm n\u00e1stroj\u016fm. Pokud ale chce libertari\u00e1n naopak vytvo\u0159it novou privilegovanou ve\u0159ejnou instituci: st\u00e1tem registrovan\u00fd svazek homosexu\u00e1l\u016f, pak je p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm nekonzistentn\u00ed. Prost\u011b si nev\u0161iml, \u017ee k\u00a0naprost\u00e9 svobod\u011b v\u00a0partnersk\u00fdch vztaz\u00edch zcela posta\u010d\u00ed volnost \u017e\u00edt podle soukrom\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va. Registrovan\u00e9 partnerstv\u00ed nen\u00ed formou legalizace sou\u017eit\u00ed homosexu\u00e1l\u016f, to je leg\u00e1ln\u00ed i bez registrace. Registrovan\u00e9 partnerstv\u00ed je formou etatizace, institucionalizace a privilegizace soukrom\u00fdch vztah\u016f. A pokud s\u00a0n\u00edm konzervativci nesouhlas\u00ed z\u00a0mor\u00e1ln\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f, jsou s\u00a0konzistentn\u00edmi libertari\u00e1ny vlastn\u011b na jedn\u00e9 lodi.<\/p>\n<p>Jist\u011b by se na\u0161ly jednotlivosti, kde vid\u00edm nepochopen\u00ed i na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tam, kde z\u00a0po\u017eadavku ekonomick\u00e9ho liber\u00e1la na odst\u00e1tn\u011bn\u00ed tr\u017en\u00edch vztah\u016f n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed konzervativci vyvozuj\u00ed distanci liber\u00e1la od z\u00e1kladn\u00edch mor\u00e1ln\u00edch kategori\u00ed. To je ale velmi nespravedliv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Tahle polemika visela ve vzduchu a jednou za\u010d\u00edt musela. Dobr\u00e1. A\u0165 p\u0159i n\u00ed ale te\u010de v\u00edce inkoustu ne\u017e krve (oboj\u00ed mysl\u00edm pochopiteln\u011b obrazn\u011b). V\u017edy\u0165 ob\u011b ty neviditeln\u00e9 ruce vyr\u016fstaj\u00ed z\u00a0jednoho t\u011bla.
