T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to t\u0159eba jednoho podniku, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 v&nbsp;Praze dv\u011b provozovny a v&nbsp;nich po\u0159\u00e1d t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 stejn\u00fd pivn\u00ed list. Kdy\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00fd pivn\u00ed fajn\u0161mekr nav\u0161t\u00edv\u00ed takov\u00fdhle bar, vybere si z&nbsp;t\u0159ic\u00edtky titul\u016f dejmetomu osm kousk\u016f, kter\u00e9 ho nejv\u00edc zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed. Ostatn\u00ed jsou bu\u010f pro n\u011bj hodn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9 a \u010dasto konzumovan\u00e9, nebo s&nbsp;nimi z\u00e1kazn\u00edk nem\u00e1 dobou zku\u0161enost a sp\u00ed\u0161 je p\u0159esko\u010d\u00ed. Ani ten nejlep\u0161\u00ed bar by se nemusel styd\u011bt n\u011bjak\u00fd takov\u00fd kousek v&nbsp;l\u00e9t\u011b m\u00edt. Pro\u010d \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m \u201ekupodivu\u201c? Proto\u017ee pro mal\u00e9 pivovary jsou \u201edes\u00edtky\u201c nerentabiln\u00ed. Syp\u00e1n\u00edm moc neu\u0161et\u0159\u00edte a pracnost \u010di technologick\u00e1, \u010dasov\u00e1 a energetick\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnost je vlastn\u011b skoro stejn\u00e1 jako u le\u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Cenu v\u0161ak na \u00farove\u0148 le\u017e\u00e1ku nastavit nelze (to si dovol\u00ed jen hodn\u011b sebev\u011bdom\u00fd mikropivovar). Pro\u010d to tedy pivovary d\u011blaj\u00ed? V\u011bt\u0161inou cht\u011bj\u00ed na dobr\u00e9 v\u00fd\u010depn\u00ed pivo p\u0159il\u00e1kat hosty (t\u0159eba cyklisty) a pak jim prodat i j\u00eddlo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u0160l\u00e1grem posledn\u00edch dvou t\u0159\u00ed let jsou piva stylu summer ale. V\u016fbec neplat\u00ed, \u017ee mus\u00ed b\u00fdt slad\u0161\u00ed, naopak. N\u011bkter\u00e1 jsou su\u0161\u0161\u00ed d\u00edky u\u017eit\u00ed nesladovan\u00e9ho pra\u017een\u00e9ho je\u010dmene a k&nbsp;l\u00e9tu se skv\u011ble hod\u00ed, navzdory optick\u00e9 \u201enepat\u0159i\u010dnosti\u201c.
