U\u017e v minul\u00fdch letech se projevilo, \u017ee v tomto segmentu jsou slovensk\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky s t\u011bmi \u010desk\u00fdmi zcela srovnateln\u00e1, ale z\u00e1kladna je oproti t\u00e9 \u010desk\u00e9 chudi\u010dk\u00e1: jen 10 titul\u016f proti 55 \u010desk\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Proto na Slovensku nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 organizovat z\u00e1kladn\u00ed kola a semifin\u00e1le a v\u017edy se kon\u00e1 rovnou fin\u00e1le. A tak tomu bylo i letos. Loni se Slovensk\u00e9 fin\u00e1le PPE konalo v Bansk\u00e9 Bystrici, a tak mo\u017en\u00e1 leckdo o regul\u00e9rnosti v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edho Urpineru zapochyboval. Jen\u017ee on sv\u00e9 prvenstv\u00ed letos obh\u00e1jil, a to na p\u016fd\u011b Bratislavy, kde degustace prob\u011bhla letos. Tak\u017ee pry\u010d s pochybnostmi.<\/p>\n<p>Ale vezm\u011bme to od za\u010d\u00e1tku. V\u00fdprava \u010dlen\u016f PPE ve slo\u017een\u00ed L\u00e1\u010fa, Bej\u010dek a Had\u017ei se dopoledne pat\u0159i\u010dn\u011b vyzbrojena se\u0161la na Hlavn\u00edm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed a do Bratislavy vyrazila vlakem. D\u00edky skv\u011bl\u00e9mu cooleru, jeho\u017e funkci plnila igelitov\u00e1 termota\u0161ka pln\u00e1 ledu, vydr\u017eely v\u0161echny cestovn\u00ed vzorky ve v\u00fdborn\u00e9 kondici a\u017e do samotn\u00e9ho c\u00edle.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00edm byl hotel Loft, v jeho\u017e \u00fatrob\u00e1ch \u010dlenov\u00e9 PPE po t\u0159i dny bydleli a kde se konala i sout\u011b\u017en\u00ed degustace. Loft je nejen hotelem s v\u00fdbornou polohou a perfektn\u00edmi slu\u017ebami, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm hotelem, kde s\u00eddl\u00ed skv\u011bl\u00fd pivovar Fabrika, jeho\u017e z\u00e1zem\u00ed poslou\u017eilo pro vzorn\u011b funguj\u00edc\u00ed servis p\u0159i degustaci. Panel degust\u00e9r\u016f doplnil a\u017e v Bratislav\u011b se p\u0159ipojiv\u0161\u00ed Honza, otec slovensk\u00fdch domovarn\u00edk\u016f Bobo, slovensk\u00e1 pivovarsk\u00e1 legenda Laco, majitel hotelu Juraj a sl\u00e1dek Fabriky Peter.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00edch \u0161est vzork\u016f bylo na standardn\u00ed \u010desk\u00e9 \u00farovni z\u00e1kladn\u00edho kola nebo i semifin\u00e1le, \u010dty\u0159i posledn\u00ed vzorky ale vykazoval znateln\u00e9 senzorick\u00e9 vady. Jsme r\u00e1di, \u017ee na degustac\u00edch slovensk\u00fdch piv n\u00e1s dopl\u0148uj\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00ed znalci, jinak bychom m\u011bli pocit, \u017ee jsou na\u0161e v\u00fdsledky zaujat\u00e9. B\u011bhem n\u011bj jsme nav\u0161t\u00edvili n\u011bkolik bratislavsk\u00fdch mikropivovar\u016f a multitap\u016f a ochutnali mnoho velmi pozoruhodn\u00fdch kousk\u016f. Prvn\u00ed z nich u\u017e v \u201edom\u00e1c\u00edm\u201c pivovaru Fabrika.<\/p>\n<p>Hezk\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br hlavn\u011b lahvov\u00fdch vzork\u016f nab\u00edz\u00ed pivot\u00e9ka 100 p\u00edv, naprost\u00e9 skvosty slovensk\u00e9, \u010desk\u00e9 i sv\u011btov\u00e9 maj\u00ed na \u010depu v baru Unorthodox, nejen sv\u00e1 ale i zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 hostuj\u00edc\u00ed piva nab\u00edz\u00ed restaurace pivovaru Stupavar, trochu opu\u0161t\u011bn\u011b jsme se c\u00edtili v Kl\u00e1\u0161tornom pivovaru, velmi dobr\u00e9 (a\u017e na ten \u017eitn\u00fd ale) piva ochutn\u00e1te hned naproti v pivovaru Shenk.<\/p>\n<p>A kdyby v\u00e1m to bylo m\u00e1lo, m\u016f\u017eete vyrazit do v\u00fdborn\u00e9ho pivn\u00edho baru J\u00e1ma, kde krom\u011b slovensk\u00fdch \u0161pi\u010dek m\u016f\u017eete pop\u00edt i piva, kter\u00e1 si J\u00e1ma nech\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u011blat coby ko\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed pivovar. P\u00e1r des\u00edtek krok\u016f odtamtud je velik\u00e1nsk\u00fd pivovar Al\u017ebetka, kde lze velice stylov\u011b shl\u00e9dnout \u017eiv\u011b v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed Petera Sagana v etap\u011b Tour de France. Klasikou je pivovar Rycht\u00e1r Jakub, kde sotva se\u017eenete m\u00edsto, ale kdy\u017e ho se\u017eenete, m\u016f\u017eete si d\u00e1t krom\u011b slovensk\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011bru i velmi reprezentativn\u00ed vzorek \u010desk\u00fdch mikropivovar\u016f. Pak je mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edt do Bratislavsk\u00e9ho Me\u0161tiansk\u00e9ho pivovaru, kde maj\u00ed sice jen le\u017e\u00e1ky, ale zato velmi poveden\u00e9, nav\u00edc u stol\u016f sed\u00ed osazenstvo, ze kter\u00e9ho p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed zrak. A\u017e se z toho \u010dlov\u011bk nem\u016f\u017ee soust\u0159edit na \u017eiv\u011b vys\u00edlan\u00e9 semifin\u00e1le fotbalov\u00e9ho \u0161ampion\u00e1tu.<\/p>\n<p>Je\u0161t\u011b nem\u00e1te dost? Ochotn\u00fd barman v Hangout Cafe v\u00e1m nato\u010d\u00ed prav\u00e9ho belgick\u00e9ho kysel\u00e1\u010de, p\u011bkn\u00e9 kusy plus pivn\u00ed zmrzlinu m\u016f\u017eete ochutnat v baru \u017dil Verne. Pak u\u017e jen kap\u00farkovou a strme\u0148ovou ve Fabrice a alou dom\u016f, proto\u017ee je \u010dtvrtek a vy p\u0159ece mus\u00edte ke Kelleymu.<\/p>\n<p>L.
